Text a Tech
Text 561-599-1884 with a photo of the unit, the thermostat screen or a fault code, and tell us what the system is doing. It’s a quick way to reach a Service Shield technician. The real diagnosis still happens at the equipment.
What happens next
- You tell us what's going on. The symptom and your ZIP code are enough to start.
- We contact you to confirm the details and a visit window.
- A technician diagnoses the system and explains the cause and your options before any work starts.
